Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

KitchenHop ("we", "us", "our") is a pre-launch UK marketplace connecting food businesses with pub kitchens, commercial kitchens, pop-up spaces and event venues. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we look after it.

Who we are

KitchenHop is the data controller for the information collected through this site. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, you can reach us at founders@kitchenhop.co.uk.

What we collect

When you register your interest through our signup form, we collect:

We don't collect payment details, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.

Why we collect it

We use this information to:

Our legal basis for this is your consent, given when you submit the form.

How we store it

Submissions are handled through Formspree, a third-party form processing service, which stores your submission securely and forwards it to us. We don't maintain a separate marketing database beyond this at present. As KitchenHop develops, our data storage may change, and we'll update this policy accordingly.

How long we keep it

We'll keep your information until KitchenHop either launches (at which point we'll be in touch about how your account or listing works going forward) or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

To do any of this, email founders@kitchenhop.co.uk and we'll action your request as soon as we can.

Sharing your data

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. It's used only by KitchenHop and Formspree (as our form processor) for the purposes described above.

Changes to this policy

As KitchenHop moves from pre-launch to a full marketplace, this policy will need to expand to cover things like bookings and payments. We'll update this page when that happens and note the date at the top.
